**Systems Support Analyst (fixed-term to 1 October 2025)**

Be at the heart our digital ecosystem supporting collaboration, security, and seamless IT experiences. We are seeking an IT professional with SharePoint Online administration and IT support skills to join our team on an eight-month fixed-term contract.

- Support the preparation of SharePoint so that it is fit for transfer to a new entity_

As a Systems Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining the stability, security, and usability of our SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments while also providing Level 1 IT support across the organisation. You will be the go-to expert for SharePoint-based solutions, address general IT issues, assist users with their IT needs, and improve their overall experience. This is an opportunity to blend your technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, helping people work more efficiently and securely.

You will be a SharePoint and Power Platform Administrator, using the relevant M365 admin centres to manage and support SharePoint Online environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with organisational policies. You will also provide technical support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, end-user devices, and Active Directory, as well as assisting with IT service management processes and general troubleshooting.

You are a proactive problem solver with a passion for optimising the SharePoint platform, enhancing security, and improving user experience. You enjoy helping people, thrive on troubleshooting technical challenges, and have a keen eye for process improvement. To be successful in this role, you have a tertiary qualification in IT or a related field and at least three years of IT support experience, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online administration, reporting, and compliance alongside knowledge of M265 admin centres, Windows OS, and general IT systems. You also have a strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users. You will be a key team player, collaborating across teams to improve digital systems and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
