**What you’ll be doing**

You will be an integral part of our Operations team, providing expert engineering assistance to our Technical Services and Manufacturing teams. As a Senior Engineer, you will be the problem solver in chief, owning several projects which you will lead from idea to completion.

You will play a crucial role in nurturing inter-departmental relationships, partnering with various stakeholders to investigate, understand and resolve technical challenges. You will act as a technical mentor to the team, actively contributing to the development of our talented engineers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide our Technical Services and Manufacturing teams with engineering support on equipment and SME support on Quality Events.
- Own delivery of relevant projects, ensuring end to end project management, including project method utilisation, adherence to financial and timeline requirements and strong stakeholder communication.
- Assist in investigations to determine root cause of manufacturing issues and supplier component issues, assess impact and drive to implement solutions;
- Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives by identifying and implementing various CI projects within AROAs manufacturing department;
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with technical services, manufacturing and other key stakeholders; Write and review documentation for AROAs Quality System.

**What you’ll bring**
- 5+ years of operations engineering experience, or similar
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant scientific discipline
- Proven experience in mechanical design and fabrication techniques
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Comfortable in, and accepting of, a rapidly changing environment

Based in Airport Oaks with easy access to the motorway, there is plenty of parking available around our offices. Our teams are flexible, with a mix of being in office + working from home. We also have an on-site gym, which is available for individual use, or jump into one of our bootcamp or yoga classes.
