**About the team you’ll join**:
You’ll join Xero’s Customer Engagement and Global Marketing Automation team, contributing to global campaigns so that users stay up to date with product changes. You’ll be part of a team of marketing automation experts, responsible for supporting product lifecycle communications to key audiences.
Putting our customers at the core of everything you do, and working with specialists in this space, youʼll use a human-centred design approach to understand who our users are, what they need and design marketing automation journeys that ensures every conversation we have adds value to our relationship.
**What you'll do**:
- Drive innovation within the customer journey, ensuring that magic is happening at every touchpoint & interaction
- Using our world-class tech stack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and in-product communication platforms; you’ll build, execute and report on critical communications to our key audiences.
- Work with the related data teams to deliver the data-marketing strategy for trigger-based automation within the platform
**What you'll bring**:
- Creative and innovative thought leader who is not afraid to take risks to improve the customer experience
- Ability to explain complex concepts and train/mentor others from within & outside of your immediate team
- Strong technical skills within marketing automation systems to help unlock capabilities and drive innovation
- The ability to balance multiple projects and campaigns; you’ll have a keen eye for detail and adept stakeholder management skills.
- You’ll be data-savvy and have commercially sound knowledge; ideally with some understanding of audience data, data management and development audience segmentation.
- Understanding data process and flows into Salesforce Marketing Cloud and outbound signals to other platforms.
