Working in collaboration with the wider marketing team and other specialists within the business, you will use your technical skills and abilities to deliver outstanding campaigns that will change the status-quo within the industry. - Spark aims to be the place where the smartest, most digitally savvy people want to work. In return, we’ll provide a fun, inclusive and diverse workspace where you will have the opportunity to nurture and grow your marketing automation skills. **Day to day you will be involved in**: - You will have a good understanding of marketing technology & business process/systems. - You will have excellent communication and influencing skills and be a natural relationship builder with internal/external stakeholders working collaboratively to produce great outcomes. - You will work well with key stakeholders to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business growth. - You will have a solid understanding of the customer lifecycle framework, and the ability to identify gaps to provide campaign recommendations. - You will be able to analyse and mine data to provide quality insights that anticipate customer needs and influence campaign design. - You will have experience in monitoring and analysing campaign performance to ensure they are operating as expected and are being continually optimised. - Clear and effective communication skills. - A ninja when it comes to balancing your workload and prioritising the work and conflicting deadlines effectively. - A motivated self-starter who is outgoing, proactive, and works well in a small team environment. **What experience you'll bring?**- 2+ years of Marketing Automation experience (Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica, Marketo, Responsys) - SQL skills and experience working with large databases - HTML skills will be advantageous. - A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications would be highly beneficial. - Exposure to digital media platforms (Google Ad Platforms, FB Ads Manager) will be advantageous. **WHY CHOOSE US**: - **Diversity and Inclusion: Te Kanorau me te Whakawhāiti mai** - At Spark, we are constantly looking for ways to build a more inclusive culture.
