**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to home staging service agreements, home staging projects and services. It includes making a variation on the contract period, pricing based on control of cost for each case, and description detail according to the requirement of clients
- Responding to inquiries with regards to service agreement and home staging service provided*Working with marketing team, sales representative, interior designers, delivery companies (business partners/suppliers), property agents (external parties), other employees of the company and independent contractors
- Overseeing job assigned marketing team, sales representative, interior designers, delivery companies (business partners/suppliers), property agents (external parties), other employees of the company and independent contractors
- Liaising with other organizational units, property agents and contractors.
- Advising management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions, ie, daily status of the jobs allocated to employees
- Preparing and reviewing reports regarding the contracts and advertisement
- Undertaking cost analysis to determine the extent of the variation to the contract and whether the variation to the contract is profitable to the company
- Ensuring operational efficient within each cases/contract project
- Reviewing and arranging new office accommodation
