Duties involve:

- Coordinating and administrating courses and programmes. This includes venue, catering, travel arrangements, and document distribution.
- Resource coordination and scheduling.
- Student record management.
- Course and Programme support to Career and Volunteers.
- Invoice and Purchase Order processing.
- Providing business support for meetings, appointments, functions and conferences.
- Any other duties consistent with the position as may be required from time to time by the Business Services Manager Training.

The ideal applicant will have:

- Experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System and/or other databases.
- Experience within a relevant position.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
