Reporting to the Managing Director, NextGen, the Temporary Associate will provide logístical support for the NextGen program.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Revenue - track, report, review, and ensure revenue brought in by the NextGen program’s fundraising and donation efforts across all business units are consistently current and accurate
- Budget - monitor and support the Managing Director with the NextGen expense budget, upkeep and ensure accurate reporting on NextGen Board expenses, NextGen team budget, give/get reporting for donors, reimbursements and other budget projects as assigned
- Manage contracts, reimbursements, expenses, and invoice processing with Netsuite, Finance, and Admin teams as relevant
- Manage NextGen data input and ensure records are tracked in BBCRM and/or in other organizational tools (report/query building, record and pulling of data, NextGen individual/membership/group tracking and input, SFMC communications lists, ensure dashboard in PowerBI is reflecting accurate data, etc.)
- Manage and keep up to date records on all NextGen events, meetings, and activities, and NextGen member/leadership engagement
- Upkeep and management of NextGen team research projects (i.e. fundraising projects, member accomplishments, member engagement counts, influence capital, alumni movements)
- Handle website updates as needed (i.e. upcoming events, Board Member names and bios, small copy edits to NextGen web properties)
- Support NextGen meetings and team travel - weekly team meetings, cross team, divisional and individual meetings with scheduling, agendas, notes recaps as requested
- Data and tracking for NextGen global outreach and prospects especially when related to USA prospects and networks for NextGen Global Lead
- Be a point of contact and liaison between NextGen and other UNICEF USA departments, ensuring NextGen listings and accomplishments are shared and accurate as relevant
