**About the role**

The gap between supply and demand for capability in the energy sector is growing. Energy Academy is approaching this challenge in new and creative ways.

This exciting new role brings together information and develops insights through analysis to support the Energy Academy in pursuit of capability development in the energy sector and accelerated workplace learning.

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for achieving positive impact through the development of people and the energy sector. We are looking for someone with experience in analysing large data sets, modelling. You will be curious with a natural inclination towards understanding and solving problems.

In addition, you will have:

- The ability to connect with our purpose and our approach (contained in the Statement of Accountabilities)
- Ability to write comprehensive reports
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, MSExcel, Datawrapper etc.
- 2+ years’ experience in a professional role
- Background in applied side of data analytics is highly desired
- Tertiary Qualification (Bachelor’s Degree or higher)
