**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Regional Referral Centre based at Tauranga Hospital - this is a 0.26 FTE vacancy, working 10 hours per fortnight with the availability to work additional hours when required. There will initially be a requirement to undertake 6 weeks training working 40hrs per week.

You will be providing quality and efficient Administration Support to clinical services with regards to referral management and set administration tasks within the service.

Some of your duties will include:

- Receive and receipt referrals for all services ensuring Ministry of Health guidelines and Te Whatu Ora processes are met.
- Providing a quality and efficient administrative support service to clinical services regarding referral management.

We are looking for someone with:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and be a dedicated team player
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills (MS Office Suite)
- Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills, ability to manage your workload and know when to shift your priorities accordingly.
- Good computer skills are a must.
