Come and join our great, supportive, and fun team and grow your administration experience to new heights In this rewarding role, you will:

- Be responsible for administration needs of Social Work kaimahi
- Assist with financial plans, data collection and scheduling
- Liaise with vendors, casual staff, and other stakeholders
- Work with various cultural groups and people from different backgrounds
- Booking rooms, answering phones, and assisting on the reception desk
- Organising welcomes/whakatau for newcomers and whānau as and when required
- Deal with critical scenarios in a calm, professional manner

To be successful in this highly rewarding rolel, you will bring;
- Full clean New Zealand drivers licence
- Strong computer and Microsoft skills
- Administration and coordination skills
- Cultural awareness and an understanding of Tikanga Māori principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
