**About the role**:

- Driving manufacturing process development from new concept design through to validation and commercialisation.
- Generating process risk management (pFMEA) and design controls (pTM) documentation for new products.
- Developing pilot processes and test methods, generate feasibility data.Collaborating across departments to ensure new medical products comply with relevant standards and requirements.
- **What you’ll bring**:

- Ideally you bring some experience working within the medical device industry or similar relevant industry
- An understanding of the entire product lifecycle and workflow from concept to production
- Familiarity with 3D modelling software such as SOLIDWORKS, Rhino 3D, CREO or similar CAD software.
- Strong technical writing or communication skills whether through documentation, design specs or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.An Innovative and creative mindset.
