**Desktop Support Analyst**

**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**

Key role elements will include:

- Provide effective and efficient Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) support to all Beca users across the business
- Deliver a high quality standard of service to internal and external clients
- Manage, prioritise or escalate, Incidents and Service Requests aiming to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide timely and appropriate communications to clients, ICT team leaders and managers
- Assist with setting up project site offices and provide documentation and recommendations as required
- Assist as required with any server issues/ or outages
- Maintain and conduct stock take as required for company hardware/peripherals
- Provide end-user IT support for hardware and software
- Train and support Beca staff on Beca ICT Systems as appropriate

- Creativity in your thinking, developing solutions that connect stakeholders and build relationships
- Confident and clear written and verbal skills and the ability to adapt styles and approaches to different audiences
- A positive attitude and enjoy problem solving during times of ambiguity
- A proactive manner and ability to work self-sufficiently
- High levels of energy and determination even during times of setbacks
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet multiple, changing and challenging deadlines
- Understanding the agile work process is an advantage
- The ability to adapt to change in a professional manner - with a great sense of humour
