**Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role**

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated **Desktop Analyst** to join our busy IT Customer Service team responsible for all customer interactions related to the day-to-day support of desktop, infrastructure and network capability across the Treasury and DPMC.

In this varied role, no two days are the same and you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to resolve complex IT enquires. You will need a wide breath of technical expertise and a solid track record of exceeding customers' expectations.

**Ō pūmanawa | About You**
- Excellent technical skills with 3 years (minimum) relevant industry experience
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical information to a range of audiences
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on end-to-end ownership of issues
- A proven ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders
- You're curious, love technology and enjoy learning
- Self-managing, team player who goes about their work with passion

To be considered for this role, you will have skills in:

- Windows 10, M365 (advanced)
- Enterprise Mobility Support (Intune, BES, iOS) (advanced)
- General End user hardware support (Laptop, Tablet) (advanced)
- MFD Support - (advanced)
- Enterprise Video Conferencing (intermediate)
- System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) (intermediate)
- Active Directory User/Computer Administration (intermediate)
- Microsoft Exchange User Management (intermediate)
- Application Packaging
- Back Ups and Server administration (intermediate)
