Synergy Nutrition Ltd is a small dynamic Dairy-based nutritional powder Manufacturer located in Wiri, Auckland. Our focus is on producing quality value added products for both domestic & offshore dairy powder markets.

Your Duty and Responsibilties are to
- Ensure that all activities are consistent with and supportive of the business plan.
- Manage new ingredient evaluation and approval
- Manage ingredient specification and nutrition information data base
- Manage the laboratory sample preparation and the factory trial of new product.
- Prepare and provide required formulation to issue production documentation
- Lead dispensary operation when relevant production is carried out
- Prepare and provide required technical information to issue Finished Product Specification
- Involve discussion and /or provide solution for production incident
- Meet customer expectations to ensure legal compliance.
- Ensuring that stringent hygiene food safety standards are met
- Good skills in active listening, speaking and social perceptiveness when interacting with contractors, customers and understanding their needs before making decisions.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Relevant degree in a business related discipline or equivalent experiential background.
- Experience of working as a Food Technologist in a controlled environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and High level of accuracy.
- Knowledge and experience within the industry.
- Initiative and problem solving skills.
- Aptitude for mathematics, science and technology.
- Observation skills.
- Skills in analyzing and interpreting research results.
- Strong reading, writing and computer abilities.
- Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humour.
- Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
- Good physical health.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
