**About the role**

Our Non Stock (Indirect) team are responsible for managing the delivery of supplier negotiations and procurement services for strategic non-stock goods and services to Foodstuffs North Island and our members.

A wildly varied role, no two days will ever be the same As Procurement Business Partner, a few cool things you’ll be responsible for include:

- Identifying sourcing opportunities, following them through to execution to deliver value to the businesses
- Running end to end RFP processes including market analysis, documentation creation, evaluation, negotiation, selection and contract implementation
- Drafting and negotiating agreements and statements of work
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the business is maximising value
- Providing analytical support where required

**About you**

With some good procurement experience under your belt, you’ll enjoy the variety that comes from working in a project-based role. Ideally, you’ll have experience in or will have had exposure to the following:

- End to end management of RFQ/RFP processes
- Commercial services and ideally will have some knowledge of procurement/strategic sourcing
- The management of supplier negotiations
- A working knowledge of commercial contracts

An excellent communicator with first-rate planning skills, you’ll enjoy working collaboratively - building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Your attention to detail will be second to none as you’ll be managing proposal and quote processes from initiation to completion.
