We are looking for an experienced Electronic Security Manager in Auckland who is interested in working with one of the leaders in the Fire & Security industry.

**Role Summary**
Chubb Fire & Security, a well-recognised brand, is seeking a skilled and energetic leader with solid experience in the security industry to join our local team. In this role, you’ll be supporting our delivery team to achieve the best results for customers through operational excellence, while contributing to the protection of people and property and enhancing business performance and growth.
You’ll enable effective service delivery and compliance with industry standards, provide strong mentoring and support for your team, and optimise back-office processes for scheduling, invoicing, and customer satisfaction. You’ll also play a crucial part in financial forecasting, identifying business growth opportunities, and driving continuous improvement.
Day-to-day, you’ll be actively involved in managing customer requirements and the delivery of high-quality service and installations, while maintaining rigorous safety and compliance standards. Your ability to motivate staff, drive results, and lead by example will be key.
**What we’re looking for**:
- At least 5 years’ experience managing service teams in the service industry
- Ability to deliver great results through people with excellent communication and development skills
- Strong operational leadership, budgeting and forecasting skills
- Proven record in building customer relationships and enhancing service delivery
- Experience in the security sector is an advantage
- Relevant trade certificate preferred
- Ability to obtain a New Zealand security licence
