**The Role**:
At a time of business growth, it's more important than ever that we continue to deliver the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. To support our growth plans, an opportunity now exists for a proven operations leader for our South Auckland region. With over 40 vans on the road run by 34 contractors, you will be responsible for ensuring the high delivery service standards and superior customer service we offer are being met in line with business expectations.

The role will be responsible for driving a culture of success within our team, while planning for the expected and unexpected; and ensuring our continued operational and financial success at our premium South Auckland branch.

This role will also be responsible for managing and monitoring our Health and Safety compliance.

**About You**:
Passionate about team development and with a proven track record in delivering sustained business growth you will be an experienced leader, coach, mentor, motivator or manager. You will likely have spent time in a operations management capacity and be able to demonstrate success in implementing strategies which promote exceptional service for our loyal customer base.

You will be an excellent communicator and a sound decision-maker and planner, underpinned by precision and discipline. Accountability for developing business goals and achieving financial and operational success will be evidenced in your recent career history. Ideally, this experience is likely to have been gained within sectors such as freight, logistics, and supply chain.

Remuneration consists of a base salary with a vehicle allowance and KPI driven incentive scheme.
