Charities Services Ngā Ratonga Kaupapa Atawhai is a business group of the Department of Internal Affairs Te Tari Taiwhenua. Working at the Department of Internal Affairs, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of New Zealanders.
In Charities Services we register charities, monitor charities, and build the charitable sector's capability. Our vision is that our work contributes to a well-governed, transparent and thriving charitable sector with strong public support.
We're looking for someone to lead the Charities Services Investigations team.
The Investigations team is responsible for monitoring and investigating registered charities for potential breaches of the Charities Act 2005, and making recommendations to the Charities Registration Board based on the outcomes of those investigations.
The Investigations Manager works collaboratively with other members of the Charities Services leadership team, and other regulators across the Department. You will also contribute to Charities Services' wider strategy and business planning.
