You might just be the Intelligence Analysis Manager we're looking for to join our Counter-Terrorism Unit. This role is responsible for leading a team of high performing intelligence analysts who deliver impactful intelligence investigations to achieve positive national security outcomes. These include threat discovery, investigation management, intelligence analysis and security advice.

We're ideally looking for a leader with a background and knowledge in security intelligence. You will be experienced in leading successful investigative or operational teams and support, develop, enable and empower employees.

**What you will bring**:

- Planning experience - able to identify and manage risk and make sound operational decisions
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- An ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication - present complex issues clearly and tailor your style to a variety of audiences

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
