Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Team Administrator to provide administrative support to the Perioperative Nurse Director, Allied Health Director and Associate Nurse Directors. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the leadership team receives appropriate administrative support to enable them to concentrate on the specialist value-added activities within their role.

As the ideal person for this role, you will have the following abilities:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills and a professional, warm approach
- Ability to develop strong, highly productive relationships founded on trust and credibility
- Positive attitude with the ability to work autonomously, cope well under pressure juggling priorities and meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work to a high professional standard and build and maintain relationships
- Drive to create a seamless experience for senior leaders, as well as internal and external customers, taking the initiative to do the things that just need doing

We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand. Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children's Hospital, located in central Auckland.
