Our client Blue Wing Honda is looking for a Team Administrator to join their dynamic and high performing team. As the official importer and distributor of Honda motorcycles, marine and power equipment, Blue Wing Honda is a well-established Kiwi business with an incredible company culture.

Blue Wing Honda are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to support both their Sales and Marketing Teams, and the management team as required. This role will have you managing a plethora of administrative tasks, making sure everyone has what they need. This role requires a process driven individual who can be the backbone of all administrative tasks.

As far as culture goes, it’s vibrant & busy. A culture where you will work within a great team who are very supportive and nurturing and want to partner with you as a pivotal part of the team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned administrator looking to hit the ground running.

Duties include:

- Travel management
- Assist with the admin preparation for events
- Tracking deadlines for events/projects
- Organizing meetings and catering
- Ordering stationary and consumables as required
- Document management including proof reading and formatting documents
- Coordinating training days

Experience Required:

- Proven administration background
- High level of computer literacy including strong excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good sense of humour, energy and enthusiasm
- Incredible attention to detail
