Based in our Olive Road factory this role will assist with the production of aluminium joinery by leading a team to ensure all activities are processed in an efficient and effective manner and to the highest standard of quality.
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in joinery assembly
- Be capable of setting up a production line with all necessary equipment to manufacture finished product to the highest standard
- Be able to lead a small team to meet production schedules
- Be a team player with good communication skills
- Have a full and clean driver's license
- Is fit, healthy and able to meet the physical demands of Aluminium Fabrication work
- Has experience supervising and leading teams
- Has completed the formal workplace communications/team leadership training
