**Job Description**:
**Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role***

We require strategic and holistic thinking with eyes across people, process, information, and technology as we develop our business capability models, architecture building blocks and roadmaps. A lot of what's on the go right now is current vs future state analysis and planning so we can identify the gaps & opportunities and figure out how we take that forward.

This mahi is directly linked to our overarching strategy around transforming ways of working and a real opportunity to make an impact and leave a legacy. You’ll play a key role in leading the heart & soul of our business through tremendous change, working with incredibly receptive, intelligent stakeholders whose time will be freed up to do more of what we’re really here to do**:decarbonise Aotearoa.**

**Qualifications**:
**Ko wai koe | About you**

With plenty of mahi under your belt as a senior architect in a large organisation, you’re comfortable delivering practical solutions to solve complex organisational problems and have a good handle on architectural frameworks, processes, and industry standards, including Cloud architecture, with strong methodology behind how you do things. If you’ve done all of this within the Energy sector, even better, although we can teach you that stuff - what’s more important is your core enterprise architecture experience and _how _you work.

Everything you do here will be focused on enabling other teams, so you’ll need top notch engagement and communication skills, commercial expertise, problem-solving abilities and lateral thinking, and a high level of curiosity to draw the _right _information out of people. We work according to a clear Tikanga that’s human-centred and ultimately based on kindness, so to soar at Contact you’ll need to be of a similar ilk: collaborative, considerate, self-motivated and a thoroughly good sort.
