Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
The Enterprise Architect - Integration helps the organisation to figure out the right paths into the future in our rapidly changing environment. You will promote new ways of thinking and new ways of looking at problems. This role provides overall direction and guidance with a focus on information and data that support Kainga Ora to meet its business goals. As part of a broader architecture practice, you will be able to provide coaching and mentoring to others.
**Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring**:
To be successful in this role the Enterprise Architect - Integration will:
- Specialist integration domain knowledge
- The ability to engage and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- The ability to make sense of complex and ambiguous situations
- Significant demonstrable experience in diverse technology environments focussing on integration
- The ability to help others make pragmatic decisions and accept trade-offs
- Knowledge and understanding of different ways of working
- Demonstrated experience in creating strategies
- A proven track record in communicating with, influencing and persuading senior business and technology leaders, in maturing organisational capabilities for a complex organisation
- Significant experience participating in enterprise change in a Government or other complex organisation
- Understanding of commercial and financial drivers that impact on organisations
- Experience driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team and the wider business
- Experience coaching and mentoring others
