**Where you’ll make an impact**
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technology Experience Partner to proactively support to our **Waikato and Bay of Plenty** care homes and retirement villages. Reporting to the Technology Experience Manager, you’ll use your strong relationship management skills to help develop strong stakeholder relationships within Bupa’s care homes and retirement villages, as well as our property team and third-party vendors. You will ensure Bupa technology users always have a point of contact and that the Bupa technology environment is maintained to specified standards and policies.

This is a dynamic, mobile role that supports multiple sites which requires site visits to provide a proactive service.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Provide regional ownership of core technology services including CCTV and nurse call systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for onsite technology users, ensuring they have access to technology support
- Manage and resolve incidents, problems and service requests, coordinating with third-party vendors as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with regional sites and external vendors to ensure seamless technology operations
- Maintain and update technical documentation for all sites, ensuring compliance with standards and policies
- Security advocacy

**About You**
- Proven experience in IT Support Services, ideally in a healthcare or similar environment, via phone and onsite.
- Experience with user account management
- ITIL, to at least foundation level and Microsoft Technical Qualification Desirable
- Computer building and troubleshooting skills at hardware and software level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management
- Strong customer service orientation
- Valid full New Zealand driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
