Kiwis love to garden and we love to assist them with their gardening needs. We are looking for an experienced retail sales professional with green fingers and a customer-focused attitude. This position is in our Power Garden department and would be a dream job for the DIY person who loves garden powertools, whether it is a lawn mower, line trimmer or a chainsaw.
For this position we are looking for someone who has:
- Enthusiasm and team spirit;
- A passion for customer service excellence;
- Good time management;
- A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible;
- A good level of physical fitness (as some heavy lifting is required);
- Strong computer skills;
- Willingness to learn; and
- Excellent communication skills
This is a part time position with rostered hours Friday and Saturday (16 hours per week).
