**The opportunities**

Our Auckland Transport and Infrastructure team works on a wide variety of exciting projects within New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands, operating across the roads, rail, ports, airports and land development market sectors. With a strong current and future portfolio of projects, we are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team and contribute to making every day better for our people and our clients. Project work typically encompasses medium to large projects in the region but you will also have the opportunity to work on other projects throughout New Zealand across the Pacific.

Every day will be different with new challenges, but overall, you will be responsible for:

- Provide support and day to day assistance with model federation, auditing, quality assurance checking and asset data interrogation
- Produce 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and various Autodesk
- Conduct analysis of information, design/drafting documentation, tenders and proposals
- Conduct clash detection analysis and report writing
- Develop strong internal and external relationships, utilising your expertise in understanding our client's core business
- Formulate design/BIM model criteria in conjunction with BIM Managers
- Develop your understanding of risk on all jobs through observation and compliance with sound audit, business and financial management**About you**

We are looking for a high performing professional with a real passion for design. You will have around 8 years of experience working in the design space within a professional engineering environment. You will contribute to the development of the team by providing technical leadership, mentoring and transferring your technical knowledge across all levels of the team.
