Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of structural documentation using Revit and BIM processes.
  • Oversee drafting outputs and ensure modelling aligns with project and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines.
  • Manage and mentor junior drafting staff, supporting their growth and development.
  • Take ownership of project deadlines, documentation quality, and team coordination.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of BIM workflows and Revit standards.
  • Work across multiple project stages – from concept to construction documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • Advanced Revit proficiency with proven experience in structural drafting.
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • Experience working on buildings projects – data centres, warehouses, or similar preferred.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
