Who We're Looking For:
Alumni with an Ivy League education in the U.S. are strongly encouraged to apply.

**Ivy League Capstone Advisors**
- Non-profit/community service
- Entrepreneurship/Start-up’s
- Computer Science
- Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, etc)
- Physics
- Biology and Medical Sciences
- Law
- Performance, Theater, and Fine Arts

**Service Expectations**:
As a provider of the standard Capstone leadership project service, you will be expected to provide students with guidance and support. Core responsibilities include:

- Supporting students with development and ultimately submitting a Capstone Leadership Project Proposal, and Completion Form
- Developing a project management plan for your student's capstone leadership project and conducting biweekly to monthly sessions, aligning with your schedule, to aid the student in the execution of the project
- Remaining with paired students until completion of their project.
- Liaising with the Capstone Admin team and the student Strategist to ensure that the student's capstone leadership project is on track and their experience is satisfactory

**Compensation**
- 15 minutes of preparation time
- 10 minutes filling out a session summary
- A potential 10-15 minutes of follow-up or research on behalf of your student
