**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The multi-disciplinary team is made up of mental health professionals from the disciplines of psychiatry, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, psychotherapy nursing and Maori cultural advisor. There are team members with specialist knowledge in the area of infant care and attachment (promoting a secure parent and infant relationship).
The service provides antenatal (before birth) and postnatal (after birth) support in community, clinic and hospital settings. Beyond assessment, we offer a wide range of individual, group and family therapies and other targeted supports. Working alongside the Clinical Team Leader you will have a strong ability to develop and maintain inter-sectorial relationships, lead service development and support the on-going development of an expert workforce.
The successful applicant will be a vocationally registered in any of the above-mentioned MH professions and credentialed for working with adults; additional experience and credentialing for a child and youth scope would be a distinct advantage. We welcome suitable applicants who can evidence clinical experience and leadership and commitment to maternal, perinatal and infant wellbeing.

We are looking for:
- Clinical leader with proven skills in working in mental health, ideally in the maternal mental space
- Relevant experience leading and managing clinical day to day running of services
- Interest and/or experience in clinical quality improvement
This is a permanent role working 40 hours Monday to Friday. As this is a community role, a full and clean driver’s license is required.
