Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.
**About this role**:
In 2020, Crimson Education created the Community Experience Advisor role to drive engagement among our globally dispersed, primarily remote teams and a connection to our mission. We almost immediately saw the positive effects of increasing staff fulfillment and retention and boosting our high performance employer brand to recruit top talent into our rapidly scaling community.
The mission of this role is to continue to lead, engage and expand the communities that are central to Crimson: our employees, our current students and our alumni. We value flexibility, this role can be performed **remotely** or from one of our offices in **Auckland, Sydney or Melbourne.**
**As Community Experience Advisor, your responsibilities include**:
- **Talent Community Growth and Employer Branding**
- Coordinating and delivering webinars featuring Crimson high performers
- Award submissions to boost employer branding
- Careers site branding and content creation including our blog
- Management of Crimson’s LinkedIn community through content marketing
- **Employee Experience and Engagement**
- Enhancing the employee onboarding experience
- Leading the coordination of Crimson's quarterly engagement survey
- Contributing to change communications
- Driving Crimson's 10 year anniversary initiatives
- **Learning and Development**
- Hosting masterclass sessions to level up People Leader and employee capabilities
- Conducting level up interviews with high potential employees
- Coordinating and hosting our Fireside chats series with top global business thinkers
- **Student Experience and Branding**
- Student success sharing through Crimson’s communications and marketing channels
**What skills and experience are required?**
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills are essential
- Experience in a prior marketing, PR and/or communications role (desired)
- Experience in prior organisational development and/or L&D role (desired)
- Enjoys building connections with Crimson employees, students and alumni globally
- Takes initiative and problem-solves independently
- Can manage stakeholders across all levels of an organization
- Generates new, creative, and innovative approaches
- Able to collect, structure, and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it
