Ko te kaupapa | About the role

We are looking for a Senior Advisor in our Child/Youth Wellbeing team. The focus of our team is on supporting health and wellbeing focusing on wāhine hapū (pregnancy), the first 1,000 days of a child's life and rangatahi/young people.

This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful and enterprising person to assist with managing a number of exciting projects across both our first 1,000 days and young people programmes of work.

**You will bring the following**:

- Demonstrated skills in successfully managing projects
- Well-developed stakeholder relationship skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence a range of key internal and external stakeholders, at all levels
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills for a range of audiences
- Understanding of tikanga Māori
- An understanding of equity and a commitment to improved wellbeing outcomes for Māori and Pasifika communities
- A collegial attitude and desire to work with colleagues to achieve results, and share your knowledge and expertise to support the growth of the team.
