**Job Description**:
As an Account Manager at Digitas, you have the opportunity to lead a group of our account service team for Digitas NZ key accounts. Management of the team as a business unit to establish and grow key accounts, produce results and meet monthly revenue targets. Directly involved with delivering the accounts revenue and profitability objectives of Marketing Services.

**What you will do**
- Management of stakeholders - internal relationships, clients, suppliers, partner agencies
- Establish sound communication channels to ensure the right information gets to the right people at the right time
- Lead the development of business from the team client base
- Coach direct reports in developing effective leadership in planning, project administration and briefing of client’s digital projects.
- Analysis of retention, job and client profitability, growth of accounts
- Provide direction to direct reports re identifying profit/revenue opportunities within accounts
- Gather and analyse competitive information on products.
- Evaluate trends based on market place activity.
- Update team activity and forecasts as new information presents itself
- Provide forecasts to Client Services Director by the 3rd working day of each month
- Complete & maintain an Account Plan on an annual basis for the next financial year, update reports quarterly

**About you**
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing/advertising or client service role.
- Digital marketing and data driven marketing experience
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts and principles
- Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated creative problem solving and ability to work with strategic concepts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
- Confident presentation skills
