You will be heavily engaged in Major Incident Management and will be a part of a rostered on call team who own that process for the Spark business **Day to day you will be involved in**: - Manage risks and issues and serve as escalation point for Network issues. - Provide high quality advice and guidance - Resolve issues and provide solutions to problems - Review reporting and incidents to inform continuous improvement - Monitor service levels and performance of our Network partners to ensure compliance with contracts and service agreements - Promote adherence to change, incident, problem and release management policies, processes and standards **What experience you'll bring?** - At least 2 years experience as a People Leader desirable - At least 4 years experience in Operations, delivery management and / or assurance disciplines desirable - Multi vendor RAN experience desirable - Understanding of ITIL Incident Management processes desirable - High degree of knowledge of Incident Management processes - Demonstrated technical / process literacy in your area of expertise. - You will be calm in a crisis and able to communicate effectively with business and technical communities. **WHY CHOOSE US**: **Diversity and Inclusion: Te Kanorau me te Whakawhāiti mai** - At Spark, we are constantly looking for ways to build a more inclusive culture.
