Logistics Coordinator | Greenlane | Hanes Australasia

Hanes Australasia is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support customer supply operations across New Zealand. This role will encompass the coordination of various 3PL providers in the region, including Pick and Pack, Reverse Logistics, Freight, Freight Forwarding, and Cartage services. Supporting NZ operations as an outsourced model, this role will be based in Greenlane Auckland, with much onsite activity across our suite of 3PL suppliers. This role will ensure that Hanes Australasia complies with the Supply and Logistics requirements of our key customers, and as such, strong knowledge of these requirements will be a key focus of the role.

What will I be doing day to day?
- Ensure Hanes Australasia understands all NZ customer delivery requirements
- Liaising with 3PL providers to ensure they supply in accordance to agreed standards
- Alongside the Sales team, establish a regular service review with key customers
- Clarify operational processes from Wharf to customer, with all 3PL providers in the value stream
- Establish SOP's with new Reverse Logistics and Rework providers
- Timely decision making, and action on any Operational issues in region
- Problem solving delivery issues / failures with a focus on root cause determination / elimination

What experience/skills do I have?
- 2+ year/s experience in warehousing/logistics, with experience in managing a 3PL a bonus
- Understanding of warehousing and freight providers
- Microsoft Office experience, with advanced Excel skills
- Great communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems in a timely matter, whilst getting to the root cause of potential issues
