- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required, but a background in construction or civil work is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Full driver's license is an advantage.
