At times you will need to balance competing priorities and demands, yet you don't lose sight of your end goals - satisfied customers, successful contracts, and profitable commercial deals. You're not someone who makes the sale and moves on, you enjoy delivering results and controlling outcomes; you know the challenges in successfully delivering high-complexity services to demanding customers and you thrive in an environment where you have the ability to make a real difference - both to Orange Business and to our customers.

You will work hand-in-hand with matrix-managed global and local teams, and your ability to identify, manage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders will empower you to navigate your way through complexity - both within Orange Business and our customers.

**About you**:

- Minimum of 10 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecommunications or IT industry
- Relevant experience in contract execution for network, unified communications & collaboration, security, cloud, Internet of Things, or Multi-Sourcing Integration an advantage
- A proven track record of successfully managing the lifecycle of contracts, solutions and services in a customer-focused business
- Ability to act diplomatically and collaboratively within potentially demanding client environments under tight financial and operational restraints
- Relevant experience with managing cross-functional (virtual) teams with more than 15 staff members
- Ability to adapt and perform in different organisational cultures and to work in multinational / international environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A deep knowledge of the corporate environment
- Proficiency in English language mandatory
- A broad range of skills in general management including financial management, business planning, strategic planning and implementation, as well as strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer program management background - with proven experience in performance/cost control and risk analysis/mitigation
- ITIL certification (customer service management) advantageous
- Excellent IT skills, in particular proficiency in Excel is essential
- University degree or equivalent experience

**Additional information**:
Within the context of large or complex client programs and within the Orange multi-functional organisational environment, the mission of the CBU Director is to lead an extended cross-functional team - the Client Business Unit (CBU) - relying both on Orange Business Services staff and Third Parties / vendors to lead successful lifecycle contract execution.

The CBU Director function can be required for either Asia-Pacific led global or regional client programs, or to support other regions’ global client programs with Asia-Pacific specific scope.

The CBU Director has the following accountabilities and responsibilities:

- Set-up and maintain governance to ensure the contract can be executed in the best possible conditions and with the appropriate interlock with the client organization (including meeting plan, escalation paths, communication plans, relationship mapping, reporting structure); on Multi Sourcing Integration (MSI) contracts governance will also include orchestration of the other suppliers contracted by the client.
- Set-up, maintain and lead a CBU core team, including the appropriate experts from different Orange entities, to support the defined governance and to deliver contracted services. The composition of the CBU core team depends on complexity, geographical spread, volumes and types of activity. If required, the CBU management can also be provided locally / in different regions to regional client representatives.
