Let's talk about the opportunity:
Overall responsibility for the development, maintenance, and growth of new and existing Capgemini services by leveraging your existing relationships with C-Suite executives, or by establishing new relationships with stakeholders across our strategic and growth accounts across the Central Region of New Zealand.
- Build deep account intelligence, provide thought leadership, and help identify further opportunities.
- Collaborate with our solution and delivery teams; discover, define, scope and secure deals.
- Build proposals, points of view, and pricing for both proactive and market led bids, engaging with our bid, solution, delivery, and broader business teams.
- Lead account-based marketing initiatives and events aligned to your clients
- Client planning, commercial and contractual management, underpinned by opportunity management in our CRM to give an accurate view of revenue forecasting and sales pipeline.
- Engage with our delivery and performance teams to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and delivered outcomes.

We would love to hear from experienced Business Development Managers, Client Directors and Sales Professionals who have led software, IT services, solutions, or business outcome engagements. A combination of the following skills/knowledge are highly desirable:
- Proven experience of senior or ‘C level' stakeholder influence and long-term relationship management.
- Proven experience in delivering and securing IT Transformation engagements.
- Well-developed communication skills including the ability to present confidently to audiences at all levels within an organisation
- Large, complex, enterprise client management experience of ‘multi-tower', cross-functional, consulting services solution.
- Ability to work effectively as an individually as well as part of a team.
- Great creativity and storytelling to share our local and global case studies with our clients.
- Passion and hunger for success
