We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry leader suitable for the role of Operations Supervisor within our Wellington branch. You will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Branch Manager, assisting with overall branch functionality, profitability, and its ultimate success. This includes staff supervision, mentoring and coaching, operational workflow support, site inspections and high level customer relationship management and support.

**Skills, knowledge and experience**
- 3-5+ years operations management and/or supervisory experience
- Business management experience, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
- Relevant industry knowledge and experience, including pipeline cleaning, surveying and condition assessments
- An understanding of ISO systems and policies in Safety, Health & Environmental & Quality
