**The Role**:
As Territory Manager you will report to the Area Sales Manager. Your job will be to represent one of our larger more significant territory’s and grow sales in the grocery and retail channels. You will be out in the trade 90% of the time maintaining and enhancing customer relationships with Buyers, Store Managers and Owners. Leading a team of Merchandisers, you will be required to coach, develop and direct their day-to-day activities. Along with owning the territory sales targets and identifying opportunities for growth, your core responsibilities will include planning and executing category, sales and services strategies and managing seasonal indents to increase visibility of our products and sales.

**Skills And Expertise Required**:
We are looking for a Territory Manager who has a real zest for sales. Ideally you will have experience selling into Grocery with proven people management skills. You must be self-managing, organised, an excellent planner, and an outstanding communicator with the ability to build enduring and engaging relationships.
