This is an exciting opportunity to join the NZ field team with Kellogg’s, a friendly and supportive team. Our purpose is to create better days and a place at the table for everyone through our trusted food brands. We’re looking to hire a Territory Manager for our Wellington territory, which covers Masterton to Wellington CBD to Levin. In your role as a Territory Manager you will form part of our successful NZ Field Sales team, managing Grocery retail accounts across your territory. Representing our iconic brands in your territory, delivering in-store excellence when it comes to optimal shelf availability and product placement.
We're looking for a passionate, opportunity centric, results driven individual who thrives in developing rewarding customer partnerships. Not afraid of rolling your sleeves up, you are just as comfortable doing early morning relays, as you are in high level negotiations about promotional activity with your customers. With Kellogg’s strong brand presence and category leadership, you will be innovative in unlocking growth with your current Grocery retail accounts.

Key responsibilities:_**
- Key account customer relationship management
- Manage territory sales, distribution, speed to market, and promotional objectives
- Report on territory sales performance and market trends
- Develop and maintain strong third-party merchandising relationships
- Collaborate across the Kellogg’s broader team sharing insights and best practice
- Leverage initiative, planning, time management and sales skills to identify and unlock opportunities to expand commercial growth within your territory
- Manage territory administrative tasks, invoicing, store incentive plans, and pricing claims

Skills, experience and attributes to succeed in this role:_**
- Proven sales experience gained within FMCG and/or Grocery environment(s) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Confident negotiator
- Perseverance and attention to details
- Clean driver’s license
- Along with the above you need to have a passion and drive to succeed, strong influencing skills, agility, and ability to collaborate and engage with an equally motivated and fun team.
