This is a chance to join a large privately owned Group who make things happen. This role has been fantastically managed by the exiting team member who is unable to shift to enjoy the world class new office refurbishment based at East Tamaki. The Group is a significant organisation and has built their various businesses on the back of commercially smart decisions and hiring talented key team members.

We are looking for someone with a strong administration/project management skills accustomed to an autonomous active role and working with a General Manager and Project Managers. While this is a delivery role you will be strongly participant in end-to-end processes and can feel ownership of your efforts. You will interface across management and teams, plus external suppliers, and other industry players.

Key skills:

- Administration; Project and CAPEX Management.
- PM Software, ideally spreadsheet based such as MS Project, or Smartsheet, or similar.
- Analytical Skills: Keen to interpret and be involved, provide strategic input.
- Commitment to process improvement and able to investigate as necessary.
- Business curious: Perfect for someone who wants to be involved.
- Relationships are a strength and effectively managed.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and grasp the nettle
- Ideally a tertiary qualification
