**Technical**:

- **Reviewing and writing automation tests**:

- **Developing your coding skills**:

- **Growing your familiarity with AWS/ GCP**:

- **Working with Continuous integration and deployment tools**:

- **Documenting issues/defects using issue tracking software**:

- **Exploratory testing across a range of devices, operating systems and technologies**:

- **Finding critical bugs or verifying reported issues, identifying their underlying cause and seeing them through to resolution, liaising with other teams where appropriate**
**People**:

- **Working closely with developers in your team to ensure quality at all stages of development**:

- **Shaping requirements with other disciplines to help ensure testing and quality is represented**:

- **Working in agile rituals with your team to represent testing (Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Shaping)**:

- **Identify risks to project timelines to help your team manage risk and prioritise work**:

- **Presenting the results of initiatives and investigations to the team**

- **Experience working in a Technology/Software Development team**:

- **Awareness of Software testing practices and tools**:

- **Works well with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team in a distributed environment**:

- **Excellent communication skills both written and verbal**:

- **Inquisitive and willing to ask questions**:

- **Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience**
