**Job Description**:
**Engineering Ecosystem and Architecture**

The Accessibility Services Team is an enablement team that supports Product Engineering teams to take ownership of their accessibility responsibilities by providing training, tooling, governance, support, and a roadmap of future improvements.
**What a Senior Accessibility Tester does at Visa**
In this role you will learn everything there is to know about accessibility and how we manage it within Visa, and then pass on that knowledge. You will be involved in testing, identifying, and then implementing improvements to our development approach. - Support for testers and development teams during planning and design phases to include the inclusion of accessible content, and helping to resolve accessibility issues found in the product
- Assessment, triage and testing of both existing and new accessibility issues
- Co-hosting workshops on accessibility auditing
- Research into best practice and methods for adopting them where appropriate
**Why this is important to Visa**
This role helps to ensure that our product is easy to use and navigate for our diverse customer base. Accessibility requirements are both legal expectations and have a strong relationship with usability - making our product outstanding in its field and a pleasure to use rather than a frustrating experience.
