**The Organisation**
The Timaru District Council aims to enable democratic local decision-making and action by, and on behalf of communities, to promote the social, economic, environmental, and cultural well-being of its communities in the present and for the future. With around 400 staff, there are a diverse range of roles from front-facing community to support and technical specialists.
**The Role / Person**
TDC has an awesome opportunity for two keen administrators to join our Infrastructure Consents team
Your challenge will be the vetting, lodgment, coordination, and administration of a range of Infrastructure Consents including Services Consents for the re-opening of the Downlands Water Supply.
This role works with a range of Units across TDC to ensure efficient and accurate processing of infrastructure components in resource consents, building consents, and land information memorandums.
We are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running, can pick up new systems, and have proficient administration and computer skills. You’ll also have the ability to work well in a small (but mighty) team and have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written.
This is a fixed-term position for 18 months to carry out a project and offers 40 hours per week. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The salary range is between $44,292.00 to $52,105.00 per annum.
