**The opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Auditor to join our Horticulture, Food & Dairy team with a location preference for the Wellington or Hawkes Bay regions

The role of an Auditor holds REAL responsibility, encompassing
- analysing processes,
- evaluating records and systems
- ensuring compliance standards are met and delivered upon

Your previous experience of the food industry and background knowledge of internal and external auditing requirements will provide the cornerstone to success as you
- provide innovation and direction to AsureQuality customers
- stay ahead of the game with up to date information and research
- understand and deliver how change may affect the variety of businesses you will deal with.

This is a dedicated team of specialists who provide national auditing and certification services throughout NZ and around the globe, they take great pride in their work with their excellent verbal and written communication skills building strong trusted relationships quickly.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role will require
- A strong background in the food service, food safety and/or quality management systems
- An understanding of regulatory environments
- Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Proven success from internal and external audit experience with HACCP awareness.
- The ability to build strong, trusted relationships quickly
- Familiarity with audit standards, such as RBM, SQF, BRCGS are highly regarded
- An eye for detail and a passion for quality

- Require travel with the possibility of nights away regularly
