**Job Description**:
As our Night Auditor, you will be Ibis Budget Auckland Airport's nighttime representative and offer a warm welcome to all of our guests. You are in responsible for supporting the Night Manager in balancing the accounts from the day shift and assisting guests with their night requirements. Additionally, handling guest enquiries and checking in late-arriving guests.

**Qualifications**:
You will be:

- A guest-obsessed individual who is passionate about our guest experience and who loves to interact with them in an enjoyable and efficient way. You love introducing yourself to our guests while making them anticipate to return in the near future.
- Managing all checks, cash, and credit transactions in accordance with the finance policy and procedures, this opportunity is perfect for those with an eye for detail.
- Given the responsibility for making sure that all guests are welcomed pleasantly and courteously upon arrival and departure from the hotel. All requests from guests are fulfilled accurately and proficiently.
- Confident in accepting reservations from guests and upselling when suitable to increase average accommodation rates.
