Mövenpick Hotel is currently recruiting for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Key in this role is the ability to multi task. You will provide a warm welcome to guests including late arrivals, and assisting with early departures, ensuring all relevant paperwork has been completed in order for a smooth hand-over at the end of your shift. You need to be competent in handling internal and external phone calls, ensure the night audit runs smoothly and balances, manage basic accounting procedures - invoicing, payments and cash operations.

You'll join the team with plenty of customer service experience ideally in a similar role. Your experience working in hospitality will stand you out in a crowd as well as your great interpersonal skills, a guest-centric attitude, your adaptability and organistional skills.

This role is on a rotating roster and on shift from approx. 11pm until 7am.

Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- A General Managers certificate a must
- Excellent command of spoken English
- Full New Zealand drivers license essential
- Ability to drive both auto and manual cars
- Experience with Opera PMS system advantageous
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Well presented, confident and highly organized
- Flexibility of availability e.g. Weekends and public holidays
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand for a minimum of 12 months
