**About the role**

As a Gaming Marketing Executive you will develop, execute and lead entertaining and engaging Gaming marketing activities that drive customer engagement, loyalty, visitation and spend.

Working alongside the Loyalty and Operational teams, you will support the communications process ensuring accurate, effective and timely delivery of targeted campaigns and integration across all channels and on-site.

You will also;
- Manage two Promotional Hosts
- Manage Live entertainment on the Gaming floor stages
- Plan and execute Marketing product launches and events
- Work closely with the in-house studio to ensure a high standard of outputs are executed

This is a Full Time opportunity, working 40 hours per week.

**About you**

It'll be your winning attitude, customer first mindset, and ability to work under pressure which will make you a great fit for SkyCity.

To be successful in this role, you will also;
- Have fantastic interpersonal skills and be a confident and clear communicator
- Be well presented with a high level of professionalism
- 2-3+ years marketing experience, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry
- Marketing campaign development and implementation
- Experience in promotional, direct, digital and lifecycle marketing
- Experience in producing end to end consumer promotions in a fast-paced environment
- Have a good credit and criminal history - the role will require a gaming licence so these checks will be done
- Be 20+ years old or over due to licensing requirements

It would also be great if you have a passion for the gaming and entertainment industry and have experience in developing and implementing a strategic plan for customer growth and retention. Elements of this role require technical expertise so someone who has technical know-how is a bonus.
