**Job Description**:
Reporting to the GM Product & Customer Strategy, the E-Commerce Marketing Manager will collaborate across the business to re-define and manage our own brand strategy and go-to-market plans to achieve brand sales, performance and commercial outcomes. Successful development and management of pillar brands are critical to the success of TheMarket as we look to accelerate our 1st party product contribution, and this role will become the key link to our marketing and product innovation activity.

**Key areas of Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute our pillar brand product marketing framework, to bring unique product ranges to life for our customers
- Strategic brand management for each of our pillar brands - building 3-year brand plans which will galvanise our market position and build distinct brand personalities.
- Develop and execute go-to market activities including brand plans and marketing activations for key launches - across paid, owned and earned channels
- Collaborate with our product designers, and buyers to create unique and relevant product ranges that fit into our overall offerings and manage through their lifecycle
- Lead the Product Marketing team of 6 to execute the plans; including designers, innovation and digital content coordinators.
